Titanium fittings are used generally in a wide variety of applications and are divided into 2 grades. Titanium Grade 5 Pipe Fittings are one of these grades that display anti corrosive and rugged structures. They are flexible, have high tensile strength, and have high durability. Titanium Gr. 5 Buttweld Elbow manufacturer In India recommends these fittings as they can withstand heavy load and high temperature application. Moreover, these Ti Gr 5 Seamless Fittings also offer stress corrosion cracking and oxidation resistance. DIN 3.7165 Equal Tee are also resistant to localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice.
ASTM B381 Titanium Gr 5 Welded Fittings are light in weight and have superior quality. They are also said to be leakproof and are used in many critical applications. Gr 5 Titanium Concentric Reducer is used in industries such as surgical implants, aircraft engines, hydraulic tubing, marine industry, airframe industry, and petrochemical industry. They also provide resistance to creep. Ti Gr 5 Fittings have a melting point of 1632 degrees C. they also display excellent weldability and formability. Since they have high strength the manufacturer can reduce the thickness of the wall which in turn makes them light in weight.
Grade 5 45 Deg Pipe Bend can also be used in cement plants, sugar mills, architecture, power generation, hydrocarbon processing, and marine industry. Moreover, these Titanium UNS N56400 Stub End can be used in fertilizer, chemical processing, cement, and petrochemical plants. They have higher mechanical strength and lower density. They also resist corrosion in watery media. When compared to the standard version this ASTM Ti Grade 5 End Cap has reduced the oxygen content. Furthermore, it is fully heat treatable with a solution heat treatment process.
